Resources for CLCs

QPILCH aims to facilitate the pro bono work of the private profession to help where it is most needed, through pro bono representation or volunteering at our direct advice clinics.

QPILCH particularly values referrals from other CLCs. Please feel free to call us if you are seeking help for one of your clients and think we may be able to assist.

CLCs often approach QPILCH to arrange advice from Counsel, to help them determine how best to help a client in more complex matters.

Partnering with law firms

If you would like to develop a partnership with a firm or think the private profession could assist your centre in some way, please contact us.

We have also produced some co-counselling guidelines for situations where a firm and a CLC may run a matter together. This is a generic model that could be adapted to a particular case.

See our Projects page for information about our current projects.

Password-protected resources

We have some resources for CLCs that are not available to the public.

These include guidelines for our Disbursement Fund, which CLCs are encouraged to access, a schedule of limitation dates, as well as template WH&S documents and policies that may be useful to CLCs.

If you work at a CLC and would like the password to access these resources, please contact us.
