The Self Representation Service in QCAT is a QPILCH service to assist self-represented litigants to navigate the new Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal (QCAT).
Duties include: Provide advice and assistance (not representation) to litigants and coordinate volunteer lawyers, liaise with partners and other agencies and promote the service to the profession and public.
Qualifications: Admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland. Litigation experience an advantage.
