Self Representation Service (Court of Appeal)

Formerly known as the Court of Appeal Self-Representation Civil Law Service (CASRCLS).

The Self Representation Service (Court of Appeal) is a QPILCH service provided by volunteer solicitors and barristers who assist litigants in person (appellants and respondents) before the Queensland Court of Appeal with the conduct of the appeal.

Where appropriate, cases can also be referred to QPILCH member firms and barristers for discrete or full representation.
